Paul O'Neill 21: Mr. O'Neill's Memorabilia Goes to Washington

FEBRUARY 23, 2017

Check out this email we recently received from Emily O'Neill:

Dear Uncle Robert,

I am reaching out to you to see if Right Field Charities would like to donate to the social miser and silent auction fundraiser. I hope to hear back from you! Thank you so much for your time! Please see bellow for event details: The Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) is a registered non-political, non-religious, non-profit, 501(c) 3 tax-exempt organization that provides medical aid for sick and injured children in the Middle East. They send thousands of medical volunteers (many from UF Health) to the middle east for pediatric care. They also provide transportation to children, as young as three and four years old, into the states for medical procedures that are too extensive to perform overseas. These children fly over alone, unaccompanied by family or friends.

PCRF and UF-College of pharmacy Jacksonville are holding a social mixer with silent auction at Dos Gatos, a local lounge in downtown Jacksonville. All money raised from this event will be donated to the PCRF to complete the construction of a second pediatric cancer center in Palestine. This will alleviate the incredible burden that is put on the current pediatric center due to the increased demand of its services. The second building will reduce the number of children who must travel alone, to receive care within the states.

Please consider donating to this event which will help so many injured and sick children receive the care they desperately need. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thank you,
